Where We Are and What We Do
The
Sydney Meditation Centre focuses on teaching simple, practical, health-first meditation techniques you can integrate into your busy daily life anywhere and anytime.
Our approach integrates the latest scientific understandings of meditation’s healthful effects, together with the ancient traditions from which such techniques are often drawn, into techniques which anyone can learn and easily apply.
We teach a variety of different techniques because people are different with differing tastes and talents.
You can learn our down-to-earth meditations
- out in the community at convenient locations around the Sydney metropolitan area or
- in your workplace or
- in one-on-one or couples and small group sessions at Sydney Meditation Centre’s tranquil East Sydney Studio just two minutes walk from Hyde Park.
