1) Wellness activities will increase the mental and physical health of your staff; healthy work force equals a healthy bottom line.
2) Another bonus of offering wellness activities, it’s, a great way to say ‘thank you’ to your team for all their extra effort.
Structure of wellness packages
1) The special taster pack: Utilizing the taster pack, you can select a group of the activities. Either from the activities mentioned below or any other activity that you would like us to organize. A different activity every week provides a lot of excitement in the workplace, which is great. Plus, post event, you know what’s going to work, what activities your staff preferred. And your staff knows too, so that lessens the number motivational emails.
2) Maybe start with the Health Assessment of all the staff. We will then tailer the activities and health talks to support the areas that require a bit of a cuddle within your work force. The finally will be another Health Assessment for the team. Imagine the feel in the office, when people have improved, achieved their targets. This is a great motivational and team building package.

Massage
Massage is great; it’s an excellent way of maintaining a healthy organization and acknowledging your staff. The two common methods of massage are 1) chair massage 2) or massage at the workstation. These days, it is well known that massage decreases stress and that’s fabulous as this allows for more productive healthy staff.
Zumba
Loaded with red-hot dance steps, pulsating Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow routines – and even better, it’s new on the corporate activities calendar – be one of the first businesses to provide Zumba.
Yoga - Pilates
These two activities focus on stretching, strengthening and relaxing movements. Yoga primarily focuses on stretching and breathing and therefore stilling the mind. Pilate’s main focus is on core strength, which is great for releasing back pain.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise designed for stress reduction and good health. The low-impact movements are designed to achieve physical and mental balance.
Meditation
Meditation helps to reduce stress by helping you control your mind, instead of your mind controlling you. This provides a foundation for better decision-making and a clearer focus in the work place and spills positively into ones whole life. A great gift to you your team.
Boxercise - Circuit Training - Boot Camp
Corporate Challenge coming up?
All these exercises can be used as teambuilding exercises. The classes will challenge the fit amongst us, whilst still being user friendly for people who have lost a bit of tone and fitness through busy lives or injury. Boxing is known as one of the best ways to get fit. Circuit training is good for calorie burning and cardio stimulation. Bootcamp is often held outdoors and more versatile.
