Welcome to Melbourne Kinesiology & Detox Centre
Sharon Tal has been walking the spiritual path since 1992. She came to Australia in 1999 from Israel where she owned and ran her own marketing company.
Since the age of 22 she has been practicing meditation, psychic work, hands on healing, and studied the Kabbalah with several teachers and a rabbi. She continued her studies moving into the fields of Reiki (Master and Teacher), Kinergetics (Instructor), Touch for health (instructor) and Reset (Instructor trainer). Sharon translated both Reset and Kinergetics into Hebrew, and has taught overseas as well.
She is holding a regular meditation circle for over 9 years and runs a number of workshops for both individuals and professional organizations.
Sharon is committed to continuing her professional and personal growth. During the process of completing her diploma in Kinesiology, she became an instructor for the Touch for Health modality (5 levels), became a practitioner in Theta healing, an advanced practitioner in TMJ Relief, and an advanced practitioner in NAET; a method for allergy elimination. She studies anatomy & physiology, and is mastering working with people’s emotions, language of the face, and more.

Allergy Testing - NAET
An Allergy is a condition of unusual sensitivity of a person to one or more substances which may be harmless to the majority of other individuals. In the allergic person, the allergic substance (known as an Allergen) is viewed by the brain as a threat to the body’s well-being. When contact is made with an Allergen it causes blockages in the energy pathways, called meridians, disrupting the normal flow of energy through the body’s electrical circuits. These energy blockages cause interference in communication between the brain and the body via the nervous system, which begins a chain of events that can develop into an Allergic Reaction.
American Indian Healing
American Indian people are taught how to listen to and observe nature and animals and to work with them. Shamans believe that Father Sky and Mother Earth are very powerful and that we can use the tools that we receive from nature in order to survive. The teachings include respect for every living thing, listening to one another, and allowing your own personal growth to be rewarded with more responsibility in your actions.
At Melbourne Kinesiology & Detox Centre, we too teach respect for each and every person just the way that they are. We are all unique children of the creator and we all have an individual purpose in this world.
Crystal Healing & Chakras
Crystal healing is excellent for stress relief and emotional problems. Crystals can be used to balance the Aura, Chakras and Body. This fascinating form of healing has been used for thousands of years (since Atlantis and in Biblical times).
It is therefore very helpful for illness with psychosomatic component such as headaches, migraines, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, indigestion and asthma.
This healing can be applied not only to the human body but also to our environment- at home or in the workplace. Crystal healing techniques are used in energy clearing. The simple, but exact, internal order of crystal seems to be important to healing function, making them into a kind of natural hologram. They also contain energy, though in stable form. If our energy bodies are out of tune because of disease, the crystal helps to restore harmony by bringing them into line with the crystal vibration. You can buy your own personal crystal chakra kit in order to use it on a regular basis.
Detox Foot Spa
The detox foot spa is able to remove toxins from the body by the application of a small electrical current to the water surrounding a patient’s feet. Toxins that reside in the cells are removed through the cell wall by the gentle application of electricity. The toxins are then eliminated into the surrounding water through the skin of the feet.
The gentle nature of Foot Spa means that detoxification is painless and relaxing. There are absolutely no long-term side effects from the treatment other than an increase in health, happiness and vitality.
Ear Candling
Ear Candling has its roots in ancient healing techniques. The Hopi Indians, Tibetans, Chinese, Egyptian, pre-Columbian Americans & even the mystical city of Atlantis are all cited as users of this ancient art.
Ear candling clears sinus and ear congestion by the removal of wax buildup, and is effective on heavily impacted wax that normal cleaning cannot remove. It also assists with Candida, yeast and fungal infections, and assists in clearing the remnants of past or recurring infections.
Energy Clearing
Throughout history stories of negative energies, spirits or ghosts have scared us both as adults and children. But these entities need not be scary; they simply need to be cleared! Kinesiology and Kinergetics
Kinesiology is a non-invasive method of healing. It works through the body’s energy field affecting chakras, organs, glands and the meridian system. With the Chinese Meridian system at its core, this method is based on very ancient wisdom. Muscle testing provides the practitioner with a brilliant biofeedback system which is used to identify the cause of the disharmony.
Kinergetics is a branch of Kinesiology which was created by Phillip Rafferty.
The Practitioner is able to identify emotional, mental and physical imbalances that can lead to self sabotage, allergies, stresses and chronic pain. These factors all play a role in creating blockages that cause the manifestations of disease or simply deprive an individual from living life to the fullest.
Mineral Therapy
Mineral therapy is used to supplement dietary deficiencies and support the body with essential Minerals that become deficient through the life process.
Stress, physical, mental & emotional factors, or simply poor eating habits can all lead to mineral deficiencies. Naturally occurring minerals are no longer so readily available in the soil and the water that we drink as they were just 30 years ago. Vegetables no longer carry the life force that they did, and hence mineral supplementation becomes necessary.
One such example is Magnesium, a widely used mineral. Found in green leafy vegetables, nuts and legumes, these foods only provide 50% the recommended daily requirement. When considering today’s soil quality and severe mineral soil deficiency, even that 50% is no longer available through daily food consumption.
Minerals are essential for proper cellular function. A lack of any of the major minerals can have a profound negative affect on the body’s physiology.
Psychic Readings and Tarot

Our own view point can cloud the over all perspective giving a limited view of the possibilities within the situation. Reiki
Reiki in Japanese is universal Energy. Reiki is about opening your own healing energy in order to clear blockages, to deal with life in a better way, taking each day as it comes, making sure that you are in touch with your own emotions and feelings.
The practice of Reiki involves placing the hands over parts of the body, usually beginning at the head. The hands are held for a few minutes on each position as the Reiki practitioner channels healing energy and attunes the body. Normally the whole body is attended to during a session, which assists in the release of emotions. Afterwards, you may feel relaxed or energized.
Seichem
Seichem can be a beautiful addition to Reiki or whatever kind of energetic healing method that you use. Similar to Reiki, Seichem connects with Source energy, to establish healing in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. The energy is used to heal and to stimulate personal development and growth and to assist in reaching ones true purpose.
Seichem is another aspect of the one Source. It was rediscovered in 1980 by Patrick Zeigler while he was visiting Egypt, after spending the night in the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid.
It is a process of allowing and guiding the flow of energy. Through this process certain energetic blocks are found and identified. Once the awareness is brought to these blocks, spontaneous initiation/s may occur.
RESET – Jaw Healing Energy
Rafferty Energy System of Easing Temporal Mandibular Joint (RESET) is the name given to a method of healing which focuses on correcting imbalances within the jaw. Though often over looked, the jaw when out of alignment can be the cause of a flow on effect which can take its toll on the body.
Benefits of the RESET method include: Hormonal Balancing, Pain Reduction, Body-wide Toxin Elimination, Headache reduction, and relaxation of over 80% muscles in the body.
Spiritual Healing
Spiritual Healing is a form of energy based healing which focuses the healing energies of the universe through the healer, to the client, for the benefit of being healed. Though there are several forms of healing that fall under the generalized term ‘Spiritual healing,’ the majority of healers use either the hands with some light touch, or visualization and prayer if at a distance from the client.
The benefits of spiritual healing are many and varied. Healing assists in relieving stress, which is a major contributor to illness and ‘dis-ease’, especially psychosomatic and psychological diseases such as headaches, migraines, asthma, anxiety and depression. It is used widely to help relieve emotional pain and can also be of value along with traditional medicine, in difficult to treat conditions such as cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, and multiple sclerosis.

Excess weight gain has become an issue for many people around the world and though we keep searching for the answer, the solution eludes many.
Excess weight gain can be an indicator of health or emotional problems. It is important to understand the reasons behind your weight gain so that you can understand how you can take back control of your life.
