Integrative Holistic Counselling & Healing offers you the opportunity to turn your life around as you discover your true potential and worth via new perspectives and insights. Through Serenity’s Tools I have developed an holistic approach to well being and an harmonious lifestyle that enables one to embrace all aspects of self: the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful in an integrated way, without judgement or self ridicule. And this is what I wish to share with you in our sessions together.

My Aim as an Integrative Holistic Therapist
My aim as your Integrative Holistic Therapist is to compassionately and respectfully support you in making the changes you wish to make within yourself and your life that will enable you to experience increased serenity and harmony.
I am here to support you on your journey to self-discovery in ways that honour and respect ALL of you.
It is my aim and role to provide you with ‘tools’ to Serenity …tools that will help you experience your life in better ways. I will teach you tools and techniques which support and encourage you, allowing you to move at the pace of change that is right for you.
My aim as your Integrative Holistic Therapist is to enable you to be fully present with yourself and life – to come to know ‘who you really are’: a whole, unique and beautiful soul.
Integrative Holistic Counselling & Healing is very useful when dealing with any of the following issues in your life:
Depression, Stress/Anxiety, Grief, Panic Attacks, Inability to focus/meet life’s challenges, feeling directionless, feeling as though you don’t belong, feelings/issues around disempowerment, anger management and so on.

What is an Integrative Practitioner?
I am an Integrative Holistic Counsellor & Healer – this means that I have a range of resources or modalities that I utilise to assist you to heal yourself. These modalities include: Psychotherapy techniques and practices, Shamanic healing techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique [EFT], Reiki, Seichem and Ka Runa, Sonic Healing [using drums, gongs, toning and rattles]; and the amazing Quantum Touch healing technique.
Typically, an Integrative Holistic Counselling & Healing session may use one or a combination of these techniques, all of which enrich your experience of the session in ways unique to your personal journey.
Integrative Holistic Counselling & Healing as I practice it honours each individual as unique. Consequently I follow no strict formula or planning in our Therapy session allowing our time together to be an ‘organic’ or intuitive process meeting what you as the client needs now.

Integrative Holistic Counselling & Healing Fees:
$80 for hour, $110 for 1½ session, $140 for 2 hours.
I also offer the following classes:
MEDITATION CLASSES
Lynn has been running very successful and popular Meditation classes for 10 years
Wednesday Nights from 7 - 9 p.m. at Gleneagle
and
Friday Mornings in Gleneagle from 10.00 a.m. to approx 2.00 p.m.

Qualifications
Certificate in Holistic Counselling; Reiki / Seichem / Ka Runa Master [10 years experience]; Quantum Touch Practitioner; Shamanic Healing; Bachelor of Creative Arts Grad Diploma of Education [10 years as an Art Teacher]
I am a former secondary school Art Teacher and University Researcher who answered an inner call to work in a far more holistic and balanced way than I was doing. I stepped into a new and integrative way of living and working that enables me to experience life more fully. I offer a range of integrative modalities including meditation, Holistic Counselling, drummaking and drumming, crystals and more to support my clients.
