Reflexology creates an instant relaxation to the body, reduces pain as well as improves blood flow. Studies have shown that reflexology work increases blood flow to the feet, brain, kidneys and intestines. Research has shown that reflexology can help reduce mental health such as depression and anxiety.
Who's it for?
Graduates would be able to enter clinical practice alone or work in a health care clinic. If they wish continue studying, students will be eligible to apply for Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary
Medicine) at Charles Sturt University.
