Reiki
Reiki, which means Universal Life Force Energy, is an energy balancing technique that aims to improve and maintain good health. This technique uses hands placed on the body in certain positions (over the clothing) while you lay on a massage table. Reiki is experienced as a soothing and calming inner warmth that spreads through the body, creating relaxation and a sense of peace. Reiki is based on the principle that a balanced energy system leads to a healthy body and mind.

Chiron Healing®

Traditional Thai Massage (Thai Yoga Massage)
This two hour massage has a yoga influence. Consisting of many firm pressing & twisting moves, this massage encouraging flexibility and wellbeing. Done through the clothing on a soft mat on the floor, this massage concentrates on the feet, legs, back, stomach, arms, hands neck face and head. Thai Traditional Massage is sometimes described as a combination of Shiatsu, acupressure and yoga.
Great for all you're sore muscles,backs,legs, increases flexibility, deep relaxation and invigorates the whole body, making you feel like you are 18 or 21 again.

Thai Foot Massage
After having your feet soaked in warm water, you then relax in a reclining chair with your legs and feet resting on a foot stool. A special Thai cream and oil is then applied to the foot and lower leg. The whole of the foot and lower leg is then massaged by hands that have been trained in ancient massage skills. This soothing foot and calf massage covers reflexology points on the sole of the foot. The lower leg and calf is massaged concentrating on energy lines of the legs. Cream is then re–applied and the leg is then wrapped while the cream is absorbed.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Helen Joy Buck has a Bachelor of Nursing and a Masters in Sexual Health with 9 years experience working in Sexual Health Clinics. Helen worked as a Sexual Health Nurse for 3 years and as a Sexual Health Educator/Counsellor for 6 years.
Since then Helen has studied the Usui System of Natural Healing, completing her first and second degree in Reiki. Helen’s studies of massage were undertaken in Bangkok at the Wat Po Thai Traditional Medical and Massage School. Helen is trained in the making of ear candles and has many success stories with this ancient remedy.
Helen is also passionate about Sound Therapy (Sound Massage), currently using a range of Tibetan Singing Bowls. Helen has written a meditation book called 'Earth Healing Meditations Guided Imagery for Groups'. She has also released a range of Meditation CDs and Meditation Downloads which are apart of the Earth Healing Meditation Series. Helen runs a weekly meditation group with a focus on Earth Healing. In 2008 Helen became a qualified Level 2 practitioner in Chiron Healing®.
With a love of natural and alternative therapies, Helen opened her own natural therapy business called ‘The Floating lily’ and has been operating since 2002.
