Reflexology
The ancient healing art of Reflexology has been known to man for nearly 5000 years. Congestion or tension in any part of the foot mirrors congestion or tension, treating the whole foot can have a relaxing effect on the whole body.
Reflexology is a unique method using specific thumb and finger techniques to work over many thousand nerve ends and reflex points.
Reflexology helps relieve stress and tension, improves blood and nerve supply and helps the body normalize.
Reflexologists can detect tiny deposits and imbalances in the feet, working on these points can release these blockages and restore the free flow of energy to the whole body, tensions are eased and circulation and elimination is improved.

Reiki

About Your Practitioner
Frank De Lorenzo graduated from the Australian School of Reflexology and Relaxation (ASRR) with The Advanced Practitioners Certificate in Reflexology in 1999.
Frank has studied and completed Level 1 & 2 Spiritual Healing Certificate, with Michelle Boughen at The Gallery of Enlightenment in 2001 including Reiki.
Frank completed the Intuitive Bodywork KaHuna Massage Course in 2004.
In 2005 Frank Completed a Certificate IV in Foot and Hand Care at East Gippsland TAFE.
After spending over 20 years in the retail footwear industry, Frank was acutely aware of the importance of correctly fitted footwear in relationship to posture and gait.
Frank discovered many people were seeking alternatives in their bid to maintain health and well being for body, mind and soul, this led Frank to healing art of Reflexology.
Foot Care and Reflexology is such a wonderful combination with each modality complimenting each other so perfectly.
Frank takes a very holistic approach to his treatments, placing a great deal of emphasis on the emotional and spiritual dis-ease connection between physical health and disease.
