Therapeutic Massage
You will feel deep relaxation, stress reduction, relief of muscle tension and stiffness. Improvement in Blood and Lymphatic fluid circulation. Relief from tension related headaches. Strengthens your immune system helping to prevent disease. In most case you will notice an improvement in your skin. Regular massages are a wonderful benefit for you physically, and mentally.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage .
Puts you in a very meditative space, assists the Nervous system to reduce pain, reduces oedema (tissue fluids) and improves muscle tone. This is a very gentle massage on the skin surface.
$60 -100 per treatment
Myofascial Release.
Releases old traumatic memories held in the connective tissues and fascia (covering of muscles and bones) which stores our memories) meridians are opened and you feel more energy running through your body. The skeletal system is freed and can straighten more. Memories of old injuries are released freeing up restriction of movement. Clients say they feel light and free after a treatment. This is a gentle yet profound healing modality encompassing the mind, body and soul. No need for undressing just wear loose clothing. The practitioner holds certain positions on the body and waits for the release of the fascia. You will feel the healing continuing over the next couple of days.

Hot Stone Massage
Will enhance the lymphatic, immune, circulatory, respiratory, muscular and digestive systems.
This helps to improve health and fitness. The heat of the stones prepares the body for deeper work,
relieves chronic pain, reduces stress and detoxifies the body.

Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy may helpArthritic Symptoms,Back Pain,Bunions,Bronchial Symptoms, Frozen Shoulder,Headaches, Joint Injuries,Menstrual Irreg., Neck Restrictions,RSI,Sciatica, Sprains,Stress.
Bowen works with the technique of a series of selectively placed transverse muscle/fibre moves to stimulate the soft tissue (fascia) found between the muscle and the skin. The fascia is rehydrated and this assists the structures which are housed within the tissue. These structures include nerves, muscle, lymph, vascular structures and organs. Improved function in these structures leads to improved general health.
