Matwork Group Classes
Class sizes have a low client/teacher ratio (Max. 12 people) to ensure an effective workout and personalised attention.
The programes are varied so you benefit from a flowing workout designed to include all muscle groups. Small equipment is often incorporated into the class programme to add variation, challenge and enjoyment.
The overall aim with the group class to gain confidence, greater body awareness with improved balance and strength.
Class Schedule
Group Classes are generally held Monday and Wednesday evenings, also Saturday morning.
For Additional information on times and especially for New clients, please contact Pamela 0416 980 291. Due to class sizes initially bookings are preferred.
New Starters are encouraged to call and book for a consultation after an introductory session, then the best group class can be recommended. Private and Duet Classes are available as well by appointment. These offer a great opportunity to challenge and improve your overall Fitness and well being.

Qualifications
Pamela Leso - B.A.S.I. Trained Accredited Instructor
Pamela Leso has 7 years Pilates experience and holds a BASI (Body Arts and Science International) accreditation for matwork.
