My name is Liliana Valicek and I am a highly experienced and qualified Remedial Practitioner of 13 years who holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage (MIMT), Cert IV of Therapeutic Massage, Cert of Lymphatic Drainage, Diploma of Aroma Therapy and a Level II Reiki Practitioner.
What is Remedial Massage?
Remedial massage is a deep massage done to create the conditions for the body’s return to normal health after injury. It is used to treat strains, sprains, broken bones, bruising, any injury where the skin is intact. Deep tissue massage removes blockages, damaged cells, scar tissue and adhesions left after injury, speeds up recovery and encourages more complete healing. Remedial massage is also used for conditions created by lifestyle for example repetitive strain injury and back pain. It is designed to increase the flow of blood and lymph, particularly in the injured areas.
This type of massage is not set out to relax a patient, it is more to fix a mechanical problem. Overall health imporvement can be seen, including better sleep, increase in vitality and increased performance and mobility of the body.
It is not only suitable for athletes but equally effective for non-sports people.

- 1st Consultation - $80
- 1 Hour Treatement - $65
- 1/2 Hour Treatement - $45
- 1 Hour Pensioner - $55
