Sestina Dos Santos
Sestina is an Intuitive Light worker, Parapsychologist, Energy Therapist, Spiritual Healer and Hypnotherapist.
Sestina runs a successful practice in Summer Hill NSW and uses healing modalities such as Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Healing and Soul Healing. She witnesses her clients transformation to a balanced state of being by healing the Inner Mind, Emotional and Mental scars from the past.

Angelic Healing Course in Sydney
Spiritual Development - Advanced Level 12 months.
Anyone who has an interest in Spiritual Growth and Angels can attend. This class is open to anyone who wants to be proactive in healing themselves, receive Spiritual Enlightenment and incorporate this wisdom in their lives.
Receive guidance and instruction in a safe classroom environment. Through guided meditation in every class will provide a deeper understanding of yourself and your connection with The Angels of Light and the Universe.
Upon completing all requirements in this course, a certificate will be issued to every student.
Diploma level is also available, upon completing this level Insurance is available for anyone that wants to become a practitioner.

This gentle process has two stages in the healing process.

Sestina can assist in healing your sub conscious mind. Our past experiences can dictate how we respond with our current relationships and our present day to day life. What is Hypnotherapy?
Alot of people get confused with Stage Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. Stage Hypnosis is purley for entertainment purposes. Everyone engaging in stage is a willing participant in the process. Hypno - Therapy is just that - THERAPY.
Being in trance is a natural state of being. We naturally go in and out of trance many times a day without being consciously aware that it has occurred. Its like being totally absorbed in a good book or a hobby and loosing track of the time.
How does it work?
Our past experiences, whether we can consciously recall them or not, can determine how we react with people/situations in a positive or less desirable way. All these experiences are stored in a data bank (subconscious) as a reference point and a guideline for you to use in your day to day life.
When a person is under hypnosis both their conscious mind and body are totally relaxed and the Hypnotherapist is able to bypass the conscious mind and create positive change with the subconscious mind.
Are there any side effects?
Hypnosis is entirely safe. You cannot be hypnotised against your will or go against your moral code. People are able to come out of hypnosis and end their session anytime they choose.
