What is a Session like with Fiona?
Fiona is passionate about finding the cause of your dis-ease this is what makes her sessions so different to many other health care practitioners. Often no treatment is given in the first consult while Fiona compiles the results from blood tests and other pathology testing that may be required to help her determine what the primary 'drivers' of your dis-ease state is.
Think of it this way, if you remove the wood from a fire... it goes out, it is the same with dis-ease if we can find the drivers (the wood) of your condition then we can put it out. Drivers of disease will vary from person to person and from condition to conditions but they can be anything from:

About Fiona
Fiona is a fully qualified Naturopath, and practices using a vast variety of skills including Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Food Therapy, Live Blood Analysis, Essences, Iridology, and her passion, Kinesiology.
You may have seen Fiona on 9am With David and Kim - Channel 10 or on Room to Grow - Channel 31. Fiona is often asked to speak for organisations on a variety of key issues and writes for various health magazines.
Fiona is a widely respected naturopath with over 10 years experience, she is passionate about getting people to experience true health, where you feel a passion for life and live to your full potential. Fiona has a wide depth of knowledge that she applies successfully, through hours of research in each individual case. By seeing Fiona you can be assured that no treatment will be given until she is 100% sure she knows she is addressing the true cause of your condition.
Fiona graduated from the Australian College of Natural Medicine with a bachelor of health science (Naturopathy), Advanced Diploma of Herbal medicine and Nutrition. In 2001 Fiona found her passion in kinesiology and the effects of emotional wellbeing on health and dis-ease. Fiona went on to study Dimensional Therapy a specialised type of kinesiology based on quantum physics and ancient tradition and then continued her education in further kinesiology studies including Kinergetics, Touch for Health, Cyber kinetics, Integrated Healing, RESET, and IMF. Fiona is also a qualified Signature Cell practitioner, massage therapist, RESET instructor and reiki practitioner.
Fiona has a great deal of experience both with patients and education. She taught nutrition at the Australian College of Energetic Medicine before heading overseas to work in a large clinic in Canada, where she worked successfully with both children and adults on a huge variety of different and complex conditions. In 2011 Fiona taught advanced herbal medicine at Homsglen Institute in Melbourne. Fiona is now finishing off her book called "You Can Beat MS" a book to support those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
Fiona specialises in Multiple Sclerosis, Depression and Anxiety, but loves the challenge of all health conditions where a true 'cure' relies on finding the cause of the dis-ease.
