Our team of professionals consisting of a chiropractor, massage therapist and acupuncturist, have over 35 years combined experience. We strive for excellence in all aspects of health care, from accurately analysing your health concerns to recommending the most appropriate care - with an emphasis on prevention and wellness.
Chiropractor Carl Adrian Kosta
Carl Kosta has been practicing in Thirroul since 2004. He graduated from Maquarie University in 2004 with a double degree, Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Masters of Chiropractic. He is a member of the Chiropractors' Association of Australia and the Australian Spinal Research Foundation.
Carl has been specifically trained in chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Thompson Technique and Cox Flexion/Distraction. He is also trained in Orthotic Prescription. He combines these techniques with specific corrective and postural rehabilitative exercises along with advice on spinal safety and ergonomics.
Carl is a registered provider with Workcover Australia and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
