HOT ROCK MASSAGE
This is a therapeutic massage, with placing heated basalt stones onto the chakra's and meridians of the body, the going through a massage sequence to treat the body to aid in relaxation and rejuvinating the body, releasing stress and toning and tightening the muscle tissue.
OPTIMUM HEALTH BALANCE
OHB is the integration of muscle response to vibrational icons, which means the body tells us of imbalances through the visual symbols. Through this method we can select the necessary treatment to correct the imbalances.
OHB is a simple, effective, depth of treatment. There is a daily routine to help everyone. With every balance it enables us to achieve optimum health.
REIKI
This modality is the use of universal energy to help balance harmonise and heal the body. Our life force energy can become unbalanced due to stress, and tension of daily living, which may cause energy blocks, Reiki assists in helping us to acknowledge these imbalances or blocks and intern allows us to release them to create harmony in our life.
