What happens in an Energy Matrix Healing Session?
Energy Matrix Healing sessions are given over clothing on a massage table with some light body contact involved. The practitioner works on physical, emotional, mental and energetic levels with a combination of guidance, counselling and support given according to your unique needs. People report feeling lighter, more balanced and experience deep calm at the end of their session.
What is True Healing?
True healing occurs when a person is ready and willing to let go of past trauma, emotional baggage and old belief systems that keep them limited. It is a process of transformation that takes into account all the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs of the person. A healing practitioner looks at the person as a whole, integrated being and assists them to gently release blockages through raising their awareness, providing guidance and through the use of healing techniques to create changes in the person’s bio-energetic field. At its deepest level it brings us back to our core, our essence which is grounded in love, truth and compassion for ourselves and others.

About Tracy
Hi, I'm Tracy. My mission is to inspire, educate and elevate people's relationship to their body, their spirit and the earth.I have worked in the field of holistic healing for the last 4 years. I entered this field because of an experience I had in my late 20's. I was working in the entertainment industry bringing joy to people through physical comedy. I met a partner who developed a serious case of rheumatoid arthritis and I became his carer for a year and a half. It was a challenging period which forced me to look at my own wounds and deep insecurities. I began to explore alternative therapies and started my own journey of self healing and transformation. I ventured overseas and had many profound experiences as I backpacked solo through Europe, journeyed shamanically in Peru and found my heart in San Francisco. I discovered many wonderful techniques and tools for healing and inspiring myself along my way, because I realised we can only ever truly change and heal ourselves.
I love to share the tools and the understanding I have gained with people, as my life is expanding and blossoming so beautifully because of them.
I am passionate about assisting you to clear blocks you are ready to release so you are empowered to live your best life. We are here to joyfully share our extraordinary talents, wisdom and gifts with each other.
