Bowtech the origional Bowen Technique, is a gentle form of body work in which subtle moves performed through light clothing over the muscles and connective tissue send messages deep into the body, retrieving cellular memory of a preferred, relaxed, balanced way of wellbeing. Results can be remarkable even from the first session. Only a few sessions are needed to correct the presenting problem.
My journey in the healing modality started 15 yrs ago when I discovered Reiki. since completing master level , I learnt therapeutic & sports massage and bowen technique.
My therapeutic approach deals with the whole body. My aim is to assist the healing process which can cover mental,emotional, physical and spiritual, resulting in a feeling of relaxation. The massage technique I apply is a mixture of trigger point therapy if required to alleviate muscle spasm, muscle ahes or pain .
I generally find that finishing each massage treatment with bowen technique and or reiki leaves the client in a very relaxed state of well being.
I also offer Reiki, Bowen Therapy or Therapeutic Massage separately.
