Tranquility of the Soul Massage:
We offer a unique combination of Remedial & Relaxation Massage with Reiki incorporated and ending with the most peaceful head massage using Indian Head Massage techniques. This will be the most exhilarating feeling while you’re drifting into a soulful place of serenity.
Relaxation / Swedish Massage:
Gives your body a chance to release the tension and stress it loves to hold onto. This heavenly gentle massage relaxes and soothes the body and mind.
Remedial Massage:
A combination of relaxation, reiki and sports massage techniques, with stretching and mobilisation when required. Remedial massage can release bound up muscles and joints, it is also used for the relief of pain and reduction of stress to maximise your general well-being.
Sports Massage:
A sports injury massage is generally a targeted area of the body using very firm deep strokes and manipulation techniques to enhance circulation and blood flow to the injured sight - encouraging repair.
Deep Tissue:
Whilst using remedial massage techniques, we combine elbows, fists and forearms for extra strength to get very deep between the layers of muscle to release chronic tension.
Pregnancy Massage:
Regular massage treatments during a pregnancy has many benefits, such as promoting relaxation, relieving strained back and leg muscles, boosting your energy, improved sleep, increased circulation and most importantly instilling a feeling of well-being to both mother and unborn child.
Lomi Lomi Massage:
The traditional Hawaiian stokes flow along the full body length with medium pressure. This is a great fast paced massage to really get the blood pumping to all parts of your body.

Intuitive:
A completely holistic approach to your massage needs, combining different manipulation techniques and spiritual philosophies. Great for times of emotional stress, as this massage will go beyond the physical, bringing the body, mind and soul back into balance.
Reiki:
The earth’s energy between the Therapist & the Client will allow a complete sense of euphoria while feeling like you are floating into a warm vibrant sleep. Reiki will help guide you into a deep place of tranquility.
Indian Head Massage:
Like nothing you've ever had before, this is a specialised massage for deep relaxation. By using pressure points in the scalp, face, ears and back this stimulates the nervous system to relieve tension & stress.
Hot Stone Massage:
For pure relaxation for the mind, body & soul we have selected perfectly balanced Basalt stones which will be lightly masssaged into your entire body. The stones are heated at a constant temperature of 48*C to allow a warm gentle sensation flowing through your body from head to toe.
La Stone Massage Therapy:

The dripping of oil on the centre of the four head or third eye is an ancient Indian tradition called Shirodhara. This treatment is detoxifying, hydrating, mind-clearing, as well as relaxing. About Colby Sewell
Colby started her studies in 2002 at Nature Care College, St Leonard’s where she obtained a Certificate IV in Remedial Massage, which also covered, Holistic Counseling, Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage and Sports Massage, at this time Colby also completed her initial certificate in Reiki. In 2004 Colby studied Indian Head Massage & Ayurvedic Spiritual Oil Therapy and this is where her spiritual journey began. By learning the connection between touch, feel, smell, sound, strength, vibration, light, and spirit. In 2008 Colby further her studies in Reiki qualifying her for level 2. Colby attended the Australian Academy for Beauty and Spa Therapy gaining her certificates in Hot Stone Massage and Lomi Lomi Massage, then in 2009 she continued her beauty studies in Waxing Epilation, Bleaching, Tinting, Lash & Brow Treatments.
Colby looks at the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual self, while asking the peacefulness and being one with oneself in our environment. Colby is a tranquil soul – with heart and hands of healing, and with the art of being! Our hands are balanced within the harmony.
