So what is Pranic healing all about?

Pranic Healing is an Ancient modality which utilizes prana (life – force energy) to heal the body.

Rishis, Chinese Taoists and Tibetan Monks among others, have been using 'Prana' or energy in healing for thousands of years. Pranic Healing was widely practiced in the Ancient Civilizations of China,Egypt and India.

It is based on the principle that the body has the ability to heal itself. It utilizes prana as fuel to initiate the necessary biochemical changes to rebalance the body. Using a "no-touch" methodology, Pranic Healing can prevent disease as well as heal a whole spectrum of physical, emotional and mental ailments. This is as a result from cleansing and energizing the body’s chakras*. Your chakras radiate and receive energy constantly.

According to the principles of Pranic healing, disease first appears in the body’s Aura** before rooting itself in the physical body. Any blockages or excessive build up of toxic energy or depletion of it prevents prana from flowing easily throughout the body. This causes your chakras to become dirty with dense, dark energy. Dirty chakras can’t push through sufficient energy, and you feel sluggish and out of balance.

As a Practitioner of Pranic Healing, I draw in prana (from the air by deep slow rhythmic breathing and from the ground, absorbed through the soles of my feet) and transfer this energy to heal the clients’ aura, which penetrates the physical body, and emanates a few inches from the skins surface.

About Me

I have been practising Pranic healing for over 4 years & Intuitive/
Emotional Coaching for over 15 years. After successfully working in the pathology industry as a Biochemist for 7 years and as an IT Project Manager for 9yrs, I have been inspired to follow my ultimate passion in becoming a Holistic Healer on a Full-Time basis.

I am blessed to now be in a position to live my dharma***, where I am able to connect to a variety of people, assisting them to live a life which is free from negativity, stress and latent past life energies. Through my work as a Pranic Healer, I endeavour to leverage the energies of my clients, so that they may improve their lives and embrace their Authentic Self.

I'm here to support you in every step of your journey. My Healing Sessions are down to earth and tailored to your needs. They will leave you feeling harmonised and centred so that you may be in touch with your Authentic Self; a true connection to your Higher Self. When you are in touch with your Authentic Self, you become empowered enough to live a life free from doubt and anxiety, releasing your inhibitions and fear. It will also allow you to feel grounded and at peace with your surroundings. I will work closely with you so that you may effectively reach your optimum state of health; achieving a calm state of mind, well-being for your body and spiritual enhancement for your soul.

Pranic/Reiki Healing: Cost Initial treatment $70 per hour
Additional *Consecutive treatments will be $55 per hour when rebooked in a 30 day period
Angel Intuitive readings: Cost: $35 for a 30 min session and $50 for an hour

Glossary of terms

*Chakras – means “wheel” in the ancient Eastern language of Sanskrit. They are whirling energy centers within and around in the body. Chakras are each found next to a hormonal gland & push vital life energy (also called ‘ki, “ “chi, “ or “prana”) through the body to ensure vitality.

**Aura - is an energy field or bioplasmic force that surrounds the body. It is also known as the “energy body”
This aura is invisible to most people, although young children and people with strong intuitive abilities may be able to see these energy fields.
