About me - Trish Miller
My interest in the relationship between the emotional and physical led me to study a range of modalities in order to help and empower people.
In particular, I have always enjoyed the gentle, supportive characteristics of hypnotherapy and NLP, which is why I specialise in these two effective modalities.
Having experienced my own problems related to anxiety and weight gain; and watching my father's many painful efforts to quit smoking, I am completely empathetic and non-judgmental toward other people’s issues and problems. In my rooms, clients have a safe space to share their story.
One of my greatest joys is seeing clients achieve positive results. Their success is thrilling for me because my goal is to see people live a happier, healthier and stress-free life; in other words, to simply relax into life.
