Hi I’m Jess, I currently have a Relaxation/Remedial Massage practice running out of my home in Calwell. I have a beautifully natural sunlit dedicated massage and waiting room to relax and enjoy a massage in.

I studied at Om Shanti College in Griffith Canberra and completed a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice and Diploma of Remedial Massage. I am currently also a member of the Association of Massage Therapists of Australia.

I previously spent 15 years working in IT here in Canberra, and overseas in England, Holland and Scotland. After having my boys (in Scotland), I decided I wanted to try another profession and decided on massage as I enjoyed massaging my boys when they were babies.

I enjoy meeting new and old clients and I am really excited to offer Swedish Massage to aid in relaxing and de-stressing from our busy lives or a Remedial Massage for those looking for a deeper massage or have some muscular issues which they would like addressed.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a good choice for relaxation, removal of muscular tension, health management and stress reduction.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is similar to Swedish massage, but working deeper into specific muscle tissue.

Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage is aimed at using massage techniques to correct imbalances of the body, rehabilitation, pain relief and improve muscle function and mobility.

Corporate Massage

Bring massage to the work place. Employees would enjoy a 15 minute Neck & Head massage or a 15 minute Hand & Arm Massage. Call for more information.
