The essential goal of Pilates is to improve posture and to restore normal, natural movement through precise exercises, giving you a longer, leaner, stronger body.

At Unity Pilates, we are dedicated to achieving this goal with you, as well as to promote body awareness and correct muscle imbalances,all in a relaxed and professional atmosphere

Unity Pilates

Unity Pilates is a boutique studio established in Aug2005 by owner-practitioners Sarah Campbell and Elouise Sauer.

The studio offers private and semi-private apparatus sessions, conducted under professional supervision. Our individually tailored programs ensure optimal personalised attention.

Your initial consultation is a private session during which we assess your health and fitness history, as well as your specific needs and goals. Based on these factors, a personal exercise plan is created. During this initial session, the basic Pilates principles are covered, to establish a thorough understanding of the technique and its applications.

All subsequent sessions are conducted with a maximum of three clients per instructor, so you can be guided, monitored and progressed on an individual basis.

Our studio is equipped with a complete range of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector.

Pilates sessions are appointment based and are conveniently offered from 6.30am to 8pm. For best results we recommend sessions twice a week.



pilates mat classes


Pilates mat classes consist of a variety of imaginative and invigorating exercises designed to condition the entire body. With the focus being on the abdominals, it will tone, stretch and strengthen the entire body giving it a general full body workout. Small apparatus such as foam rollers, magic circles, therabands and chiballs may be integrated into your workout.
