Do You have Pain? Sports Injuries? Work or Posture related issues? Tricia Jenkins has been a Soft Tissue Therapist for over 20 years. She was Massage Therapist for the Australian team at Sydney, Athens and Beijing Olympics and Melbourne Commonwealth Games and has also worked with numerous sporting teams including the Australian Softball team for many years and still travels with the Australian Swim Team.
Tricia studied Kinesiology and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) after getting such great results with these tools in her own life & now uses them in conjunction with Massage to help you find the cause of your problem rather than just treating the symptoms. By identifying whether the cause of the problem is Physical/Biomechanical, Emotional/Mental or Biochemical we can then find the perfect solution to get you back to optimal health.

About Tricia
Tricia Jenkins has been a Soft Tissue Therapist and teacher for over 20 years, owning several successful practices. She was Massage Therapist for the Australian team at Sydney, Athens and Beijing Olympics and Melbourne Commonwealth Games and has also worked with numerous sporting teams including travelling with the Australian Swimming and Softball teams for many years.
Tricia has an innate passion for massage therapy & helping others to succeed, whether it’s her clients, team or other therapists. It was a part of her life from a very early age where both massage and counselling family and friends were completely natural for her. When she moved to Australia from England she immediately started studying to get official qualifications and fell in love with the art of massage, the complexities of the human being from a physical and emotional perspective and the interaction of the mind body connection.
Her fascination with the inner workings of human beings and the results she got in her own life led her to study and integrate the tools she now teaches around Australia. She studied Kinesiology and is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Master Coach and Master Practitioner of Hypnosis which she uses to help clients get to the true cause of their problems - whether they are physical, emotional or biochemical and finds the right solution for them. She brings many years of professionalism and expertise to the industry helping her clients get the results they want.
