Mobile Massage Services

Massage has the power to alleviate stresses and help you with any pains and aches that are building up in a persons day to day life – so if you can find some time either in your lunch break, after work or on the weekend and you would like us to help you – we're close to you!! The balance of body, mind and spirit is essential to optimal health. It gives us the power to regenerate, move, and live our life to its fullest potential. When you feel renewed after a massage, it can help make daily aggravations seem less important.

Benefits of therapeutic massage:
  • Relief of pains and aches
  • Help with current and old injuries
  • Reduced heart rate
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Increased blood circulation and lymph flow
  • Muscle relaxation
  • Improved range of motion
  • Increased release of endorphins
Although therapeutic massage does not increase muscle strength, it can stimulate weak, inactive muscles and therefore partially compensate for the lack of exercise and inactivity resulting from illness or injury. It also can hasten and lead to a more complete recovery from exercise or injury.

So come to us and let us help you to take a mini-vacation from stress !!

What conditions may be helped by therapeutic massage? An increasing number of research studies show massage reduces heart rate, lowers blood pressure, increases blood circulation and lymph flow, relaxes muscles, improves range of motion, and increases endorphins (enhancing medical treatment). Although therapeutic massage does not increase muscle strength, it can stimulate weak, inactive muscles and, thus, partially compensate for the lack of exercise and inactivity resulting from illness or injury. It also can hasten and lead to a more complete recovery from exercise or injury. People with the following conditions have reported that therapeutic massage has lessened or relieved many of their symptoms.
  • Arthritis
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Chronic and acute pain
  • Circulatory problems
  • Gastrointestinal disorders (including spastic colon, colic and constipation)
  • Headache
  • Immune function disorders
  • Insomnia
  • Myofascial pain
  • Reduced range of motion
  • Sports injuries (including pulled or strained muscles and ligaments)
  • Stress Contraindications
  • Certain forms of cancer
  • Phlebitis
  • Some cardiac problems
  • Some skin conditions
  • Infectious diseases
