MYOFASCIAL RELEASE THERAPY (MFR)
Myofascial Release is a therapeutic treatment utilising a gentle form of stretching of the connective tissue. It produces a profound healing effect upon the body tissues, eliminating pain, restoring motion and releasing patterns of stress.
Fascia is a tough, connective tissue in a three dimensional web from head to feet. The fascia surrounds every muscle, bone, nerve, blood vessel and organ of the body all the way down to the cellular level.
Malfunction of the fascia system due to trauma, posture or inflammation can result in abnormal pressure on nerves, muscles, bones or organs. Treatment plans are developed to treat the cause of the problem. This eliminates symptoms and makes permanent structural changes to help people return to a pain free, active lifestyle.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST)
A holistic healing practice which uses very light touch to balance the craniosacral system in the body; includes the bones, nerves, fluids, connective tissue and the spinal area.
It is suitable for people of all ages, including babies, children and the elderly and can be effective in acute or chronic cases. CST is Deep energetic therapy.

Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy, which animates all living things.
Pronounced Ray-kee, is a natural hands on technique said to be over 2,500 years old.
Our life force is responsive to our thoughts and emotions and becomes disrupted when we accept consciously or unconsciously, negative thoughts or feelings about ourselves.
This life force supports and nourishes every cell of the body; so a disruption in our life force will adversely affect our organs and tissues.
Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field in and around the physical body where negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the negative energy blocks to dissolve – clearing, straightening and healing the energy pathways and allowing the life energy to flow in a healthy and natural way.
Reiki is holistic in its effect reaching body, mind, spirit and emotions, striving to bring them into balance.
POLARITY THERAPY
Polarity therapy is based on simple laws of energy movement that are the same principles of physics.
Every energy system works through polarity from the dynamic balance of expansion and contraction that sustains the whole universe, to the polarity that holds atoms together.
It offers a detailed awareness of the energy functioning of the body. Polarity is a unified approach to all the dimensions of our life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
A Polarity practitioner analyses the magnetic currents and its patterns of movement and utilises polarity and cranial techniques to release energy blockages.
