At Heart and Soul Transformations, I offer a range of services to create a powerful opportunity for Healing, Transformation and ultimately Freedom so that each individual person may rediscover their love for life and awaken their heart to all there is.
I AM ‘ real, honest and down to earth’ and truly passionate about each person knowing at a heart level that they are Special and Unique and make a Difference to the World just by BEing in it. Through my own personally experienced physical, mental and emotional 'stuff' I am able to clearly assist others to move through the blocks in their journey in an inspiring and empowering way. We are all works in progress and I too continue on my own journey receiving regular healing and personal growth.
At 27 years of age I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and various other health and e-motional problems. Life was challenging with a 1 year old daughter, and I knew there had to be something more to life than this pattern and this pain and depression ( absence of joy) that my life held. I was blessed to discover BodyTalk™ and it changed my life. Since 2001 I have been working with this system to create transformation in others’ health, life, emotions and businesses on a global scale. I consult with inperson sessions and healings as well as specialising in Distance BodyTalk™ and Readings anywhere in the world.
BodyTalk opened up many other doors to Intuitive abilities, hidden gifts and I was led to many other vibrational systems and tools such as crystals, sound healing, reiki and energy healing at a deep level - a knowing and then further to Past Life Regression work. Wow.... I feel so blessed to be following my Soul Path.

After over 8 years intuiting Past Life Clearing of patterns for cellular change, I was called to PLR work. I have been trained by Toni Reilly in Queensland, in the format of Dr Brian Weiss - the internationally renowned author and expert in PLR. His books include, Same Soul Many Bodies and Many Lives Many Masters and Only Love is Real. I wanted to further deepen my own understanding of the Souls Journey to gain awareness of how the Past can affect the BodyMind in the Present for my own life journey and health and to provide a service that each client could uniquely experience themselves for powerful healing. HEART AND SOUL SESSIONS
After working Intuitively for over 10 years with Crystals and other vibrational tools and all of my knowledge and insights from BodyTalk, I naturally created my own style of healing bringing the power of all the Tools in my Toolbox together to create HSS. During a HSS I may incorporate the energy dynamics of Energy Medicine, Crystals, Colour, Essential Oils, Vibrational Essences and Sound Healing for healing the BodyMind on all levels. Giving you guidance, messages and being the facilitator for your BodyMind to heal deep patterns naturally - as you are so powerful.
SOUL READINGS AND GUIDANCE
I offer Intuitive Psychic and Clairvoyant Readings to assist with guidance, clarity and healing at the physical, emotional and spiritual development level, both in person and at a distance. My specialty is in areas of health and medical intuition, heart opening and how to shift through the energy blockages. I may also connect with deceased loved ones, guides, ascended masters and past life patterns. I may also work with crystals and essential oils and incorporate a short healing for clients if they wish to receive this at the end of the reading.
My belief is this - what is information if it does not transform and make a difference. Many clients choose to have a 1.5hr Heart and Soul Session to gain the best benefits of a reading/message and a healing all in one.
