During your first consultation we discuss your health concerns, medical history and current environmental factors that may be influencing your wellbeing, such as exercise, nutrition and stress levels.
The first consult also includes a Live Blood Analysis which will help determine the most effective treatment for you based on signs and indications identified in your blood.
From here we look at treatment options that best suit your health needs and lifestyle. These may include herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, which can be used safely in conjunction with other alternative and conventional health practices.
Follow up visits are aimed at assessing your progress and adapting treatment strategies to best suit changes to your condition and overall health, as well as providing further education for you to maintain optimal health long term. No fixed number of visits are required.

Hemaview Live Blood Analysis
Hemaview is a form of live blood analysis that helps your practitioner identify and treat your health problems faster and better than ever before.
Using only one or two drops of blood, your practitioner will use Hemaview Analysis to investigate the size, shape, associations, ratios and fine structure of the red cells white cells and platelets in your blood. From this, your practitioner will identify any health problems and develop suitable treatment protocols.

With Hemaview analysis, you will not only feel your health improve but see it as well, as the composition of your blood improves. By displaying your living blood on a video monitor, your practitioner can show you the features that indicate health problems. Over time, with proper treatment you will be able to see these problems disappear as you achieve better health.

Iridology acts as a tool for determining appropriate therapies based on constitutional signs in the iris (eye) that indicate personal and genetic predispositions and strengths, often used during Naturopathic consultations.
This technique can also be given as a single reading, with a descriptive analysis to take home with you.
Reflexology is based on the principle that certain parts of the body reflect the whole. Reflex points, which relate to all parts of the body, can be found in the feet, hands and ears. These points respond to pressure, stimulating the body's own natural healing process. The body starts progressively clearing blockages, re-establishing energy flows and balancing itself, resulting in better health.
It also provides complete relaxation and pampering! Ideal for relieving symptoms of stress, fatigue, aches and pains, poor healing, and helps to restore normal sleeping patterns.
Massage techniques range from gentle and relaxing to deep muscle tension release. The benefits of massage can be felt immediately, reducing pain and tension, while improving muscle tone, posture, detoxification, circulation, immune function and general wellbeing.
Cupping is an ancient Chinese medicine technique used to draw out toxins and heat using gentle suction on the skin. This therapy can be useful for reducing muscle tension, chest congestion and improving detoxification. Most commonly used during a massage treatment.
Ear Candling is a safe and gentle method to assist in the removal of unproductive wax production that may cause itching, difficulty hearing, tinnitus, sinus congestion and earache.
Flower Essences are dilute extracts of flowers and plants that are used to help alleviate negative emotional states, including stress, anxiety, worry or loss, which may contribute to ill-health. These formulas are made unique to each individual or can be purchased ready made in specific combinations for certain life stages or events.
