WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique involving the laying of hands lightly on different areas of the body. It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can benefit from.
The practitioners hands do not necessarily need to touch the body in order for the Reiki energy to flow during treatment. Reiki is a "life force energy" which always flows where it is needed - it has it's own intelligence, so automatically flows where imbalances are in your body regardless of where the practitioners hands are placed.
Life force flows throughout each one of us and it keeps us alive and healthy. It flows through pathways called chakras, meridians, nadis as well as all around us in an energy field called the aura. It nourishes and supports our organs and various cells in the body. If ones "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki is a charge of positive energy to correct and heal any part of our body system which is unhealthy or out of balance, whether physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually.
Reiki raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the body where negative thoughts and feeling are attached. The reiki energy clears any negative energy, allowing for the "life force energy" to flow in a more natural and healthy way.
Reiki also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Reiki does not interfere or diminish the intended effects of other health or medicinal practices. It is increasingly accepted in health and community care facilities.
WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
Sound healing is the creation of a sacred vibration that offers a unique transformational power to each participant. Sacred sound has been used throughout the ages and is considered one of the oldest forms of healing. The subtle vibrational nature of sound reaches us in multiple ways - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
It provides an energetic shift for the area where the focus has been held. Any place where you focus your attention can be address with sacred sound - life issues, physical and emotional healing and spiritual change.
The vibrations of the crystal bowls will also help to clear the mind for deep meditation and relaxation.
APPOINTMENTS
A reiki or sound healing treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance the flows through and around you. There is no need to remove clothing as only light hand placements above or on your body is required for Reiki energy.
You can include both Reiki and Sound Healing in your treatment or choose only one when making your booking. More powerful techniques of crystal healings and activations may be included as required during the session to increase your experience.
The crystal singing bowls are a great way to relax and unwind as the vibrations permeate through your body. The crystal bowls can assist in quieting the mind prior to a Reiki treatment and allow an even deeper Reiki healing experience.
