QUALIFICATION DETAILS
I am a qualified Personal Fitness Instructor registered with Kinnect .
I have qualifications as a Pilates instructor Level 1& 2 mat , Nia Instructor and in 2010 I completed my Yoga training. I am also Certificate 3 and 4 Work place training and assessment qualified and have a certificate in Nutrition.
I worked for many years as a registered general and psychiatric nurse and so have a great depth of understanding of acute and chronic disease.
I am now more interested in preventative health practices by educating, motivating, empowering and practicing with people.
My aim is to deliver the best personalised service with vitality and humour.
