I have worked personally with thousands of people in a variety of health settings with a variety of ailments and conditions. From these experiences, I have been able to develop and nurture my skills in relation to communication, speech, song, sound, body language, energetic body language and voice.
I work in a highly intuitive manner and work with each individual differently. I use a combination of traditional and non traditional therapies in my treatment. I aim to combine traditional western medical model with eastern movements and spiritual philosophies.
I target the voice and the body at the physical, psychological, social, emotional and spiritual level, tailoring what i do in the session to what you and your body needs.
I aim to create a healing environment which is highly safe as well as a comfortable space in which to discover and uncover the subtleties and nuances associated with the body, voice, sound and breath.
I use a variety of techniques, such as breathwork, bodywork, massage, singing, sound, toning, information and gentle education.
I hold a B. Arts (Languages and Linguistics) and a B. AppSci (Speech Pathology) as well as training in massage therapy and bodywork.
