After high school I began my studies in Naturopathy, Nutrition and Western Herbal Medicine so that I would be able to provide a way to educate people on how to live a long, healthy, energetic and blessed life. I am passionate about helping people on both a physical and emotional level because I place value on the impact that stress and emotional wellbeing have on a person’s physical health and vitality.

Since joining Ultra Health Therapies in Southport, I have had the opportunity to work with some very experienced practitioners in other alternative health professions.
