Welcome to Well Body
I am an Australian trained Herbalist and Naturopath with a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University, USA. I completed a large part of my training at the Dorothy Hall College of Herbal Medicine in NSW. I have practiced naturopathy on the Northern Beaches since 1983. I also have over 30 years of educational experience.
At the Well Body Natural Therapies Clinic I prescribe and dispense herbal medicines, vitamin and mineral supplements and nutritional programing advice. I work with weight management, allergic reactions, fitness and sports injury. The focus at the clinic is to help you manage your wellness rather than living with illness.
I offer Biological Terrain Assessment services. Through specific lab testing carried out on site I can assess one's biological age. The main benefit of this testing is that it gives pointed markers for cellular health and or dysfunction. Together with "Glyconutrient" therapy, we can litterally feed the cells specific nutrients needed to return to a balanced state of health.
Iridology, Meditation practice and Reiki , round out the services I bring to you in a friendly, welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
