Is best applied by a parent or a carer, as the child will feel most relaxed and comfortable with them. This is a wonderful opportunity for both parents to bond with their child as massage can be a special time shared together. Infant course are run on demand or on a one to one basis. It teaches parents and carers safe and effective techniques to massage their child with confidence. some of the topics covered are massage strokes, appropriate oils to use and best times to massage their child. Infant massage has a number of benefits like - improving quality of sleep, strengthening immune system, assisting with reflux and colic, stimulating digestion and much more!
