Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is a dynamic and relaxing treatment which rebalances the body physically and energetically.
Treatment involves a series of pressure point 'moves' applied over muscles and connective tissue. Between each move there is a brief rest period in order to give the body time to respond. This is an integral part of your overall healing and is what makes Bowen so unique and effective.
As Bowen Therapy requires no oils it is ideal for people with allergies and can be performed over clothing. There are minimal contraindications with Bowen and it is suitable for everyone from newborns and sportspeople to the elderly.
Bowen can be considered for many conditions such as:

Reiki
Reiki treats the whole person...body, mind, emotions, and spirit, which creats many effects such as relaxation, and feelings of peace and wellbeing.
It is a simple method of spiritual healing where the therapist taps into the unlimited supply of 'chi' or life force energy to improve health and enhance the quality of life. Reiki may treat and prevent illness by allowing the flow of energy to areas in the body that have experienced blockages.
A reiki treatment does not involve any form of physical manipulation. During the treatment, you may feel warm, tingling sensations, see colours, feel completely relaxed and at ease as if floating on a cloud, or perhaps you may feel absolutely nothing. Either way, reiki works at a deep level to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind and soul.
Flower Remedies
Bach Flower Remedies are an elixir of the energetic imprint of wildflowers mixed with spring water. They are very safe and effective for emotional / personality imbalances of all kinds.
Dr Edward Bach developed these essences in the 1930s as a way of treating negative emotions, which he believed led to blocked energy in the body. This blocked energy, he found, caused a lack of harmony within the body - the precursor to all physical disease. We understand some of these emotional blockages today and have labelled them as 'stress'.
People of all ages, including animals, respond well to flower essences. Taken orally - a few drops on the tongue or sipped in water, they have absolutely no side effects and can be taken along with conventional medications and herbal/vitamin supplements.

For example, one could take White Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) for mental chatter, worrisome thoughts and insomnia. Several remedies can be mixed together to work on different issues at the same time.
