We provide comprehensive and holistic health care for men, women and children. White Peony specialises in the treatment and care of pregnancy and fertility related issues, musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries, nutrition, and mental health wellbeing.

Traditional Chinese Medicince (TCM)
TCM is a holistic approach to health, where the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing impact on our overall wellness. TCM understands that our external environmental also affects the human body. Treatment in TCM aims to restore balance within the body to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.
Chinese Medicine has great success because each treatment is unique and based on the presentation of the individual. This means that each treatment is as unique as the person is. Diagnosis and treatment is eloquently designed based on a patient’s history, observations, and palpations of the body.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a very safe and effective method of treatment. Even the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends acupuncture for the treatment of many conditions.
At White Peony acupuncture is primarily used because of its great effectiveness. Acupuncture is great at treating illnesses, such as morning sickness, where herbal medicine may be less effective. Acupuncture is also often combined with Chinese massage, cupping and moxibustion.
Facial Rejuvenation with Cosmetic Acupuncture
Cosmetic acupuncture is a true rejuvenation of the skin. It helps breakdown scars, and reorganise and regenerate collagen fibres. It greatly improves blood circulation and oxygenation of the tissues.
Additional acupuncture points on the arms, legs, or torso are also used to address the internal disharmonies that accelerate the aging process. This improves our health and beauty from the inside out!
Natural Fertility
Gynaecological conditions have been a main focus in Chinese Medicine for thousands of years. Chinese Medicine is beneficial in the treatment of PMT, period pain & heavy bleeding, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, irregular cycles, amenorrhea, and problematic menopause.
Chinese medicine enhances fertility during preconception to assist with improved egg and sperm quality, hormone regulation, stress management, and general wellness and vitality.
Once conception occurs, ongoing support is provided throughout pregnancy, birth and the post-natal period.

I first began my Chinese medicine training in 1999. Since then I have completed a number of clinical internships in both Australia and China. I am a registered acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist with the Chinese Medicine Registration Board of Victoria. I have a special interest in women’s health, infertility, care throughout pregnancy, and general wellbeing. Having recently completed studies in the field of psychology, I am also passionate about mental health and stress management. I deliver a safe, effective and natural treatment that complements many other therapies to help you reach your ultimate health, holistically.
