Reiki Energy Therapy

Reiki is a Japanese technique for re-aligning the energy flow and balancing the chakras to help with stress r eduction, promote relaxation and encourage healing.

It is administered by “laying on hands” and it is based on the idea that unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reiki can be performed effectively through clothes.Reiki has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always has a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques.

Crystal Therapy

Crystal Therapy is an energy healing technique for strengthening the body, resolving emotional issues and promoting relaxation. The laying on of crystals on the body activates and aligns the body’s major energy centres, or chakras, and promotes physical and emotional healing.

A simple Crystal Therapy session involves placing crystals of the appropriate colour & energy onto the seven corresponding chakra points on the body. The vibrations from the crystals subtly influence the body, cleansing and energising each of the chakras and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body.

Crystals with specific healing properties can also be used to treat specific physical or emotional conditions. A session can also include a relaxing guided meditation to promote health and re-energise the mind and body. This creates a sense of wholeness and balance and may help restore the body to balance.

REIKI 1

The first level of Reiki attunes your innate intelligence to heal yourself. Throughout the training changes and inner transformation may often be experienced.

Reiki 1 level training covers:

• The history and lineage of this ancient healing modality
• What Reiki is
• How Reiki works
• The nature of illness/disorder and how we can heal
• The flow of energy and the Chakra system
• How to perform a Reiki treatment

REIKI 2

Reiki level 2 is known as the "practitioner" level and qualifies you to practice Reiki professionally if you choose.

You will be learning the ancient symbols that intensify the power of Reiki and facilitate you greatly in the process of healing yourself and others. You will experience a process to develop and trust your intuition. With practice, your intuition ability will be turned on. You will be able to transmit distant healings and receive information through using all of your senses

The initiation of Reiki 2 lifts your vibration and heightens your intuition. This training is truly an amazing journey where you will discover your own power within to see and feel abilities you have not yet discovered. Groups are kept to 6 people to allow for individual attention.

Students receive a detailed manual and a certificate on completion of the training.

Reiki 2 level training covers:

• Introduction of the Reiki symbols
• Increased levels and potency of Reiki energy
• Lifting of your energetic vibration
• Release and transformation of issues, patterns and behavior that know longer serve you any longer.
• Development of your intuition and your abilities to connect to your
higher wisdom
• Performing distant healing
• Access to your subconscious mind and higher self through a process
of writing.

REIKI 3A

The Reiki 3A Course continues on from the level 2 course and will lead to expanded awareness and will increase your ability to heal yourself and others.


In Reiki 3A you will deepen your connection to your inner self and awaken unconditional love, which opens the path to healing.
You will learn the techniques of a master healer that will expand your healing abilities.
You will receive a further symbol that intensifys the power of the Reiki and help to heal and clear issues at an unconscious level.
The course is a self-assessment workshop and a further step for those who want to become Reiki Masters.


Note: Groups limited to 6 to enable individual attention.

Students receive a detailed Reiki 3A manual and a certificate upon completion of the course.



The Reiki 3A Course covers:

A comprehensive review of the Chakra system and how it can be use as a diagnostic tool.
Cultivate your intuitive ability to read the energy in each chakra.
You will be attuned to one more ancient healing symbol received by Dr. Usui.
