Acupuncture
An initial consultation consists of history taking posture and alignment analysis. Treatment consists of remedial, soft tissue massage to relax the muscles and ligaments. If necessary, specialised chiropractic adjustments and/or ostepathic release techniques are also performed. I also do acupuncture, which is an excellent way to relieve pain.
Other techniques such as spinal stretching and advise for posture and exercise are offered for a preventative approach to the problem.
