REIKI
Reiki is an old ancient form of Natural healing which was brought back by Dr. Usui of Japan. Being a universal force from the Great Divine Spirit, Reiki belongs to all who seek and desire to learn the art of healing. This Universal Life Force, Life energy when applied vitalizes your whole system; ether wave as it soothes pain and may put you into a deep slumber as if under an anaesthetic and cosmic wave that radiates vibrations of exultant feeling and brings you into harmony. A treatment works on the cause of the stress, rather than the effect of “dis-ease”.
In a 1½ session, the practitioner's hands scan the body in minute detail, become sensitive, and are able to detect the slightest congestion within, whether physical or mental, acute or chronic. Within four days to three weeks after Reiki you may find a great change taking place within your body as your internal organs and glands begin to function. Many years of accumulated toxins may begin to find their way out through your pores. With this cleansing the body becomes active as numbed nerves regain a sense of feeling, appetite increases, sound sleep becomes natural and your eyes may even sparkle.
The seven major chakras (Sanskrit word for “wheel”) energy centres of your body that can at times be completely closed due to problems of your soul, heart and mind/body connection, with negative energy and blockages, become restored with harmonious life-force energy.
Reiki will support you to relax your tense body and re-balance all 4 levels of your being. Be that physical body and manifested pain; emotions (what you are feeling); mental (what you are allowing yourself to think) and spiritual (your capacity to love yourself and another). Usually 3 to 4 Reiki treatments are recommended to support this, your own healing process.

Reiki Circle" is held in southern Sydney, each Wednesday, 7pm-9.00pm offering Reiki healing and a sacred space of compassion, safety and integrity where you can attend to discover your own love and commitment to your soul's sovereign journey. You are the only person who can give you your own love and friendship, "you with you".
Come along and celebrate you; be nourished with your own love, light and wisdom during this Reiki healing circle offered weekly.
The Reiki Circle is held in a private home, at a small non-refundable honour fee, to be paid at the door for Heart Wisdom's Transformation offering of this weekly service, inclusive of short community time to close the Circle each week.

Annette created Heart Wisdom Transformation in 2007, after having practiced meditation for more then 15 years and studying with highly evolved Masters of Healing in the East and West that supported her own healing journey through their wisdom and teachings. This led to her own deep transformation and a desire to serve others to find and discover their heart's truth, through their own commitment and self-love and embrace of becoming their whole, real and truthful Self, with courage, compassion and dedication to their own self-healing.
