What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha yoga is the art of training the individual to be free from physical and mental restrictions through disciplined practice of yoga poses, mediation, and breath awareness.
What happens in class?
In class we place special focus on developing strength, endurance, flexibility, and correct postural alignment, while learning to harness the energy of the breath. Our professional teachers offer guidance with enthusiasm, encouragement, and support. From beginners to the intermediate and advanced we offer yoga tuition for students seeking a deeper practice
What are the benefits of yoga?
A regular yoga practice of two or three times a week improves postural alignment, and develops strength and flexibility while encouraging a peaceful mind. The acquired knowledge of yoga helps to generate physical, mental and emotional balance.

Our Yoga Classes:
- General - open to all levels
- Beginners New Path Course - for those new to yoga
- Level 1 - for students with some yoga experience
- Level 2 - for students with a little more yoga experience
