| About Us Our desire is to support you as you move towards experiencing "a new world of wellbeing" in all areas of your life - physically, mentally and emotionally. We specialise in stress management, back care, improving posture, flexibility and strength. Personal developement is our Focus. Gigi, our principal yoga teacher is a certified counsellor and teaches stress management techniques during class as well as supporting people privately and running workshops. Cris, our specialist PnF Stretch Teacher and Core Work instructor has been in the fitness industry for many years and you are guaranteed to extend your flexibility and Core strength in her classes. We cater for individual needs in most classes - including beginners, pregnant women and back problems. While at the same time extending the abilities of experienced students. We support you to learn to be more peaceful, calm, focused, and in control so the stresses of every day living do not rob you of your health and peace of mind. |
