When I started my Yoga journey I had no idea I would one day end up as a Teacher. However the Universe works in funny ways and at some point during my study of Yoga I realised Yoga was simply “too cool not to share”! So here I am feeling very blessed to have Yoga in my life and bursting to share it with others.
Mind, Body & Spirit.
Satyananda Yoga promotes the alignment of the delicate balance between body, mind, emotions and spirit, through an approach that incorporates an awareness of all states of our being. The practice of Yoga can improve muscle strength, flexibility and endurance, stimulate and balance the bodies systems, help to clear and settle a busy mind.
Inner Strength.
By steadying the emotions and calming the mind, a sense of perspective can be gained, bringing a feeling of peace, freedom and inner strength.

Satyananda Yoga is a holistic system of yoga providing genuine and thorough application of ancient practices that are adapted to meet the needs of everyday life. Satyananda Yoga has been practiced in Australia for over 40 years.
Creating Balance.
Yoga Barham classes run for 90 mins and include; asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), relaxation and meditation practices. This holistic approach works to bring about balance in all aspects of our being.
