Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful flowing style of yoga that is cardiovascular as well as strengthening and stretching.
General Classes are Hatha based with some cardiovascular components, also includes poses held for longer.
Sports Improvement Class is designed to complement people involved in frequent training, triathletes, ball sports, raquet sports, runners, cyclists and so on.
Hypnotherapy is an effective tool using the power of the subconscious and conscious mind to guide behaviour toward desired results. Extremely useful in assisting with giving up smoking, food issues, anxiety and fixation
