Specialising in natural birth preparation, active birth and gentle safe yoga for pregnancy ( pre and post natal yoga).
SERVICES
Welcome to our pre and post natal yoga centre!
I have been teaching prenatal yoga for over 10 years and been involved in the field of pregnancy for over 20 years and love to see the changes that occur as women progress through our classes and become more confident, positive and empowered. I am a qualified pre and post natal yoga teacher (Hatha and Dru styles), Childbirth Educator in Active Birth and also offer workshops for couples and support teams.
We respect all views on pregnancy, labour, birth and mothering and aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere where women feel they can speak freely and openly, especially in the mother and baby classes.
Currently our prenatal teachers include Jan-Maree Stewart and Martha Luscka and post natal Suzanna Thell, Alina Hughes and Tracey Anderson Askew together with myself.
We would love to meet you in our classes and get to know both you and your baby to enable us to support you in any appropriate way during your journey of motherhood.
Classes are suitable for women new to yoga as well as those experienced and your safety and comfort is our prime concern. Many past and present attendees are physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, midwives and other health professionals and we are keen to maintain a high professional standard in our work. We are fortunate to be recommended by many obstetricians and related health professionals due to our reputation and experience.

Mother and Baby Yoga and Support Group
We love to teach these classes and meet you and your baby!
You are welcome to join when your baby is around 6 weeks old and until they are crawling.
During the classes we spend the first hour:
- Doing safe, strengthening and relaxing yoga for the mothers
- Singing with the babies
- Doing some baby stretches/massage
The second hour is spent sharing both food and thoughts and ideas on mothering. We create a safe, friendly, confidential environment where women feel free to express themselves honestly. We encourage a completely non judgmental and accepting atmosphere where every style of mothering is honoured.
These groups often create friendships which last for many years and we hope that they bring women together in a positive and supportive way.
