Yoga means the experience of unity, harmony and oneness.
It is an experience involving body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Through practising yoga, people are able to find the peace and resilience needed to live in a complex, ever changing world and to discover their own deeper, intrinsic identity.
With years of interest in health and wellbeing and practicing as a registered nurse in acute and chronic areas of illness, my yoga classes focus on the discovery of your own bodies towards creating wellness with incorporating the awareness of mind and breath.
Each term, I have a particular theme or focus to my classes. These are created through a variety of sources including the seasons, student needs and health issues.
I wish to share with you these powerful life tools, developing self empowerment, health and happiness through the wonderful yoga teachings given to us by Swami Satyananda.

WHAT IS SATYANANDA YOGA®?
