At Yoga Mama we practice classic Hatha Yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Whilst we specialise in yoga for pregnancy, our Beginner, General and Dynamic classes are open to both men and women. Classes combine traditional postures with a conscious focus on the breath with the aim of aligning the body, mind and spirit.

Our classes encourage self-awareness and are structured to meet the needs and abilities of all individuals.

Class Descriptions:
GENERAL: These classes are open Hatha Yoga classes and are structured to suit the needs of students at any level. We work on building strength, flexibility and relaxation in a flowing sequence.
DYNAMIC: A slightly stronger and more energetic practice of flowing Hatha yoga.
PRE NATAL: Classes will help you to enjoy good health and energy during your pregnancy; empower you to cope well with your labour and birth and help you to a speedier recovery afterwards.
POST NATAL: Classes are designed for the postpartum body. We focus on rebuilding strength, flexibility and overall energy. Mums with or without Bubs are welcome to come along as soon as you have had your 6 week postnatal check. Bubs aged from 6 weeks to crawling. If you have a mother's group of 6 or more we are happy to hold a class for you at a convenient time to the group.
KIDS YOGA: is great fun for your child's mind, body and spirit. We combine stories, music imagination and visualisation with traditional yoga techniques to create a unique movement experience. Children are encourages to discover their inner potential in a non-threatening environment and to feel good about themselves both inside and out. Suitable for Kids aged 3 yrs+. QUALIFICATION DETAILS
