Our classes are conducted in a friendly, personal, welcoming, and supportive way, with much care given to your individual needs and abilities. Our teachers are some of the most experienced in Brisbane and have been trained in the traditional, classical practices of Hatha Yoga.

CLASSES IN NORTHSIDE IN STAFFORD TUESDAY'S 6pm - 7.30pm.
This class can be attended at any stage of pregnancy. Learn body awareness, breath techniques, yoga stretches, relaxation & meditation. Practicing yoga during pregnancy will prepare mother's physically, mentally and emotionally for birth and motherhood.
