Each class presents a new idea about how to live our lives fully and with an open heart. YogaVibe classes will challenge you to embrace your limitless potential in life. Experience freedom in movement and peace of mind through the practice of yoga. Yoga emphasizes alignment whilst developing stamina, strength, flexibility and balance.
Our teachers are welcoming, caring and knowledgeable, creating an atmosphere for learning that is safe, comfortable and fun for students of all ages and levels of fitness. Beginners are especially welcome.

Class Descriptions
Vinyasa Yoga
Power Flow is a dynamic flowing style yoga practice known as Vinyasa (synchronizing movement & breath) Whilst Astanga Vinyasa is a set series of postures, there are no fixed series of postures in Power Flow Vinyasa. Each class may be similar in nature but will have a different focus each week including, moving with the breath, twisting, balancing, forward bending, back bending, opening the hips, arm balances and building core strength. Power Flow will stretch, strengthen and open your body & mind leaving you feeling totally invigorated.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is translated as the Yoga that brings union "of the pairs of opposites". Ha means "Sun" and tha means "Moon". Hatha Yoga balances the male and female energies that make up the human body. If we have union with our body and our mind we enjoy a steadiness and are better equipped to manage life's challenges. Hatha yoga is known as the umbrella for most yoga styles, such as Power, Bikram, Iyengar, Astanga etc. and is Australia’s most popular.
