My name is Archana (Renate Cusch) and I am an Accredited and qualified Satyananda Yoga Teacher holding a Diploma of Satyananda Yoga Teaching. I came to yoga in 1994 when I was busy, stressed and tired. The yoga was so helpful and enjoyable, I wanted to share the wonderful and glorious practices and techniques with others. I also wanted to offer a quiet and peaceful space in which people can have time to turn inwards and gain energy and vitality. I love doing yoga, I love teaching yoga and I know the benefits of all the practices are everlasting.
