YOGAYIN MUMS & BUBS DVD AVAILABLE

Mum & Bubs Yoga DVD available now! Suitable for babies from 4 weeks to walking. RECOMMENDED by Reknowned Midwife and Naturopath Anne Digby

"I firmly believe that mothers need a yoga practice to assist with the postnatal recovery process both for themselves and their babies. The YogaYin DVD provides the complete package, poses and relaxation techniques for body, mind and soul. Sectioned into chapters for mum and baby, easy to follow, down to earth and presented in a beautiful and nurturing style. I highly recommend this DVD and I believe that yoga is fundamental to peace of mind for mother and baby."

Anne Digby, ND, RM, Midwife and Women's Health Naturopath To purchase a copy of the YogaYin Mums and Bubs Yoga DVD click here.

“I hadn’t realised how tight and stiff my body had become, with all the lifting, carrying and breast feeding, exacerbating existing neck and shoulder issues. I always feel so much better, more relaxed and energised afterwards. Even 15 minutes makes a big difference.

"I love the way Allannah’s DVD is divided into sections. If time is short or interrupted- as it often is with a young baby - I can simply choose to do, say, the closing whole body relaxation – wonderful- or the yoga for babies section, which is beautifully done and a lovely way to spend time with your baby. If my little girl is asleep, I can simply skip that section and continue with the practice…I love this DVD and cannot recommend it highly enough!"

Allannah introduced various meditation methods at the end of each course which were very beneficial. "Allannah Law’s Prenatal Yoga classes were the best thing I did during pregnancy and in preparation for the birth of my first child. Under Allannah’s warm and gentle guidance I gained confidence and inner strength while enjoying spending time each week with other pregnant women in a joyful and relaxing environment. "As a mum of a busy 2 year old with my 2nd baby on the way, I found this DVD very beneficial during my second pregnancy. The length of the DVD fit in perfectly when my daughter was having a sleep, and the lovely relaxation at the end of the postures really helped me to unwind, and to take time out for just me and my baby".
Katrina.W.(Prenatal DVD)

"I have 4 different Prenatal Yoga DVDs, and always find myself choosing to do Allanah’s YinYoga DVD. I love that the DVD is divided into chapters, and sometimes, I just choose the relaxation when I need a mini-break, or just the postures when I need to boost my energy. As a yoga teacher myself, I’ve found the DVD to be a great support tool to use in between attending my Prenatal Yoga classes, and have recommended this DVD to my students & friends".

"I just wanted to let you know that your DVD arrived yesterday and as soon as my 3 little girls went to bed I put it on and completed it. I did the same when they went down for their nap today. I have been diagnosed with antenatal depression and have been searching for ways to deal with it without resorting to the meds that were prescribed for me. For the first time in 15 weeks I felt connected to my baby and in control again. And that is only after a few sessions! I can almost cry with joy that finally I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am so glad I came across your website last week and thanks again for taking the time to help those who need it most."

With much love and respect
Robyn (Prenatal DVD)

"I love Allannah’s “Mums and Bubs” DVD! I had really enjoyed both her Pre-natal classes and DVD and so eagerly awaited this one.

It did not disappoint!

I had planned to attend Allannah’s yoga classes for mums and bubs, but unfortunately they are held during my baby girl’s sleep time, so the DVD is the ideal alternative. Besides, it means I can practice yoga anytime it suits me and more than just once per week!
