Remedial massage uses a variety of modalities. Primarily we use a combination of Deep Tissue, Triggerpoint, Myofascial, Counterstrain, PNF stretching, Dry Needling, Acupressure and Swedish techniques.

We provide Remedial Massage Therapy by fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapists. Our goal is to help your body regain or maintain a better state of health.
Post operative and Injury rehabilitation remedial massage designed to get your recovery moving along in a positive direction.
We have and continue to work with sports teams and groups around the City of Perth in Injury management and pre/during/post event massage. Working to get you back on the track to play the sports you love.
A regular visit to a massage therapist (who has had a lot of sports playing experience in many sports and activities) will aid in recovery after those harsher training sessions.
While we do a lot of remedial work we can also provide a lighter (but firm) balancing relaxation massage, because sometimes that's just what we all need.

Prices
Half hour session - $40
1 hour session - $65. (sorry, no credit cards or Eftpos facilities)
