Meditation Guidance
As a meditation therapist, Jennifer offers guidance in adapting to and learning the early stages of meditation, as a tool for relaxation, stress management and for finding a deeper sense of personal fulfillment.
Jennifer teaches preparation of the body and mind to receive the gift of meditation, and she considers that opening ourselves to receive this gift is one of the greatest choices we can make in life.
Spiritual Healing
An individual who channels healing energies to another is often referred to as a spiritual healer. However this is not really an accurate description. The true healer is the actual Source of the healing energies.
There are three levels of healing energies that are channelled:
- Natural life energies purify and cleanse the auric field of the receiver, and balance and strengthen the energy centers of the body (or chakras). Noticed at the subtle physical level, the effects of this healing are refreshing, balancing and strengthening, and can be felt as deeply relaxing. Natural life energy healing has an indirect healing effect on specific disease of the body, and is simply a form of energy healing.
- Cosmic, or angelic energies also refresh, balance and strengthen the subtle physical body. More importantly though, they can directly heal the body of specific disease, and in addition refresh, balance and strengthen the subtle emotional body. This level of healing is deeply relaxing and usually draws the recipient into an expanded or awakened experience of love. There are many healers on the planet currently, who channel this beautiful subtle healing force, as the angels and guides are working to heal our planet. This is the first level of truly spiritual healing
- Divine or pre-cosmic or causal energies are the most potent channeled energies. These Energies heal from the Divine Source, which is the literal Domain and Force of Consciousness, Love-bliss and Light. The Divine energies merge with the egoic being, purifying, balancing and strengthening all levels of body, emotion and mind. Healing at this level works deeply throughout all levels of the karmic being and is impossible to describe in fullness. Sensitivity to this healing produces the signs of deep quietude, peace and overwhelming love... the mind is stilled, the being relaxes profoundly, and the cells of the body are filled with Love and Light. This is the highest level of Spiritual healing.
